Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

The website provides information about the restaurant, menus and events, newsletter subscription (where available) and online table requests. Online content is informative and operational; menus, prices, opening hours and availability may change. Where details differ, information confirmed by our staff prevails.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not use the site in a fraudulent or abusive way, or in a way that harms security or availability.
• Do not submit false details, third-party data without authorisation, or unlawful content in booking notes.
• We may refuse incomplete, suspicious or unverifiable requests.

3. Online bookings

Submitting the online form is a booking request recorded in our systems. Final confirmation may depend on availability, operational checks or staff contact (phone/email), especially for large parties, special dates or special requests.

• Required details: please provide a correct name, email and phone number so we can reach you.
• Allergies and needs: include them in the notes; we will do our best to accommodate them, without absolute guarantee if notice is insufficient.
• Groups and private events: above certain party sizes, dedicated conditions (deposit, menu, timing) may apply and be agreed separately.

4. Changes, cancellations and late arrivals

If you need to change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible using the details on the site, or use any cancellation link in confirmation emails. After a prolonged delay without notice, the table may be reassigned according to service needs.

We may cancel or reschedule a booking due to force majeure, closures, extraordinary events or organisational needs, and will endeavour to notify you using the contacts you provided.

5. Service and promotional messages

We may send service messages needed for your booking (confirmations, reminders, support). Any promotional messages (newsletter, offers, events) are handled under our Privacy Policy and applicable law: you may object or unsubscribe at any time without affecting a booking already made.

6. Intellectual property

Trademarks, text, photos, graphics and other website content are protected by law. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution or commercial use is prohibited, except as allowed by law or with our written consent.

7. Availability and limitation of liability

We aim to keep the website working and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of temporary inaccuracies (for example online table availability). To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site or technical inability to send/receive a request, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

8. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Milan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
